The Sound Healing will be a group event using the power of the voice plus relaxation with Gongs, Plate Bells, Sonic Healing Stones, chimes, and various other sound healing instruments.

The group session will last approximately 75-90 minutes. Sound healing is best experienced lying down. Please bring yoga mats, blankets, and/or pillows to be comfortable while lying on the floor. Chairs will also be available.
