We are excited to announce the launch of our comprehensive eight-workshop series on Chakra Balancing and Sound Healing, beginning Wednesday, March 5th at 6:00 PM at the 718 Venue in Fredericksburg, VA.

Workshop 1 - March 5th: Introduction to Chakras & Sound Healing

Discover the fundamentals of sound healing and explore how specific vibrations and frequencies interact with your body's energy centers. Learn practical techniques for using sacred sounds to achieve greater harmony and well-being.

Workshops 2-8: Deep Dive into Individual Chakras
(Every other Wednesday at 6:00PM: March 19, April 2nd, 16th, 30th, May 14th, 28th, June 11th)

Following our introduction, each subsequent workshop focuses exclusively on one chakra, moving through all seven energy centers. We'll use targeted sound healing techniques to release stored emotions and balance each center's unique energies.

In these sessions, you'll learn:

- The fundamentals of sound healing and its ancient traditions

- Understanding the seven major chakras and their influence on your well-being

- Sacred vowel sounds (bija mantras) for each chakra

- The powerful "Cycle of Fifths" sound sequence developed by Fabien Maman, an early pioneer of vibrational sound therapy, specifically designed to empower and energize the chakras

- Practical techniques for emotional release and energy balancing
