Join Dr. Eddie Vernon for Meet Your Future Self, an evening of guided meditation based on The Star Ritual, taught by his teacher, Itzhak Beery.
For a little while, you’ll step away from the demands of everyday life and turn your attention inward. Eddie will guide you on an imaginative journey to meet a possible future self and explore the wisdom that perspective may offer. You can bring a question, a decision you’re facing, or simply a curiosity about the person you’re becoming.
There will be time afterward to write down what you noticed and reflect on what you want to carry forward. Sharing is optional. No previous meditation experience is needed, and you don’t need to visualize vividly to take part. Each person’s experience will be their own.
